Ive got a bit of a fault with my drivers side mirror. When retracting the mirrors both sides come in fine but when opening them back the drivers side sometimes sticks. I can hear the motor clicking and with a little nudge on the mirror it will open again. Ive read that there is a plastic mount that can sometimes wear down stopping the mirrors folding correctly. Also when selecting reverse the passenger side mirror twitches around without really improving the view of the floor. Can you programme the mirrors position when the car is in reverse? Id appreciate and help guys!

Just had my 3.0 lpg converted and I cant complain. Got an 80l tank in the spare wheel well so still got all my boot space. Still drives like it did on petrol maybe slightly more sluggish on kickdown but not really noticable. I pay 63p for gas so its saving me a fortune. Costs me £5 a week more than my 1.9 diesel astra did :). Plates look great btw.

Hi guys. Been thinking about buying some of the cree logo projectors for my doors. Has anyone fitted them before? Are they worth doing as it involves cutting the bottom of the doorcards to fit them and I dont want to butcher the car if they are no good. TIA

I thought it might be the elements. The light goes out pretty much straight away. Not sure how long they've been faulty for as ive only had the car a week!

Hi guys im new to the forum. Ive joined to try and get some insight into some issues that I have. Ive just bought a 2004 X5 and the heated seats dont work. When switched on the button lights up then goes straight out. Its the same for both driver and passenger seats. Could this be the elements or maybe a fuse?
