I'm new to the forum. I just bought myself an 2011 mineral white M3 convertible, she is a truly stunning car with an amazing specification. I haven't really had chance to use her properly yet, although I did give her a quick blast on Saturday morning with the roof down - what an amazing piece of kit. I have 3x E46 M3's previously and more recently a couple of 650 convertibles and the whole trail of BMW's before those. I love the exhaust note of this V8, but it's lacking just a bit more aggression so I'm going to mollify the exhaust ( as has been extensively described on the Internet already). The new exhaustion arrived ready to go on in a weeks time. I can't wait to some sunny days to drop the roof down and give her a blast. In the meantime - in case anyone's interested, here are some pictures I took over the weekend.

Has anyone got any idea what day the track parade of the "M's" and "Z's" will be? I assume saturday, but could do with confirmation? It's just that I want to come in my M3 for the parade day, but then in my other car as part of ferrari owners club on the other day and need to book one set of tickets through the BMW owners club and the other through the Ferrari owners club. Thankfully I live just 20 min drive from Silverstone some lucky enough to be able to go in one car, go home that evening and go in the next car the next day and get the best of both worlds. So if someone could please confirm the day the track road is going to be I can book my ticket. Thanks.

HELP - I've just realised that my stupid auto correct changed my user name as I was tying it - It should be Jezz not Jess - how do I change it - any ideas?

Hello All, I decided to join this forum as I bought my new E93 last week. I'm thinking of attending the Silverstone classic meeting and the Gaydon meeting later in the summer and have been looking around this forum for the last few months whilst I've been trying to decide which car to get. I've owned countless BMWs in the past, more recently a couple of 650 convertibles preceded by 3 E46 M3's them prior to that a good handful of E46 and E36 convertibles and coupes. I grew up with my Dad running the use car side of North Oxford garage and then moving on to set up an independent BMW specialist in Oxfordshire. he is now retired, but I've had the bug for BMWs for many years now. I spent 6 months looking for this particular M3, I've been incredibly fussy in what I was looking for and ended up compromising on the colour in the end (I was looking for something from the individual range which is how all of my previous M3 have been). I ended up settling for mineral white mainly because the car was incredibly well specced and looked after and of course was the right price. I've included a couple of pictures below.
