Changed the fade on menu and still no joy

Hello everyone just upgraded to a 2005 3.0d sport from a e46 m3 and love it so far ,I do however have a slight problem ,my x5 is fitted with sat nav tv and phone ,now the front speakers don't work even with the fade set up for front ,also I have paired my phone and it seems to phone and speak find however I can't hear anything threw the speakers from other end talking to me but they hear me fine ,does the phone sound come threw the front speakers ? Any help would be great thanks Andrew
