shortly going to change from r/flats to standard tyres. any suggestions as to which tyres to go for appreciated. been told to have a look at vreidestein ultrac sessanta, or cento xl.anyone already done a change with goo (or bad) things to say about your new tyres?

lads - i'm considering changing from r/flats to standard tyres on my 530/d m sport. i've heard the opinions on both sides and i favour changing. has anyone done this? and with what effect? - however,if i am to do this i will need a 245x40x18 rim -for the spare wheel. if anyone can help email with price to [email protected] i am based in congleton, cheshire soonly within reasonable distance please.

yes ,thanks greeney -- the car is less than 4 years old and as far as i know the disc is the same age. i'll try a cleaner on it,failing that i'll try a different disc -to see if it makes any difference. if it then works it looks like a new one,.. cheers mate.

hello- new to this forum,so be gentle. i have a 530/d m sport which has been and still is superb. i have 2 questions.1) i am being told on the i-drive screen to load the nav.disc when it is loaded.this has corrected itself a couple of times,but on restarting the engine the following day it is back to the same fault and i am unable to use the nav.part of the i-drive.everything else is ok. 2)is it possible to replace the passenger side occupancy detector on the f/nearside seat? the restraint warning lights up often,and it appears that is the fault here. hope to hear from you lads.
