Mine is a 53 plate, do I need something called a canbus system? , and how many seen 6000 and more, wondered if the wiring can take this ok , could you recommend where to buy. thanks

Hi All, Has anyone fitted any hid kits to there X5, I have cleaned the lens, fitted uprated bulbs, and the lights are still very poor dip is rubbish. On the net HID kits vary in price £40 to £99, Any help would be good, on what, where to buy, Cheers.

MINE IS A 3.0 D SPORT ON A 53 PLATE, LIVE IN SOMERSET AND GO TO WALES EVERY 3 WEEKS. DOES 28.5 MPG , WORST ITS BEEN WAS 22.9 MPG. I DO HAVE HEAVY WELLIES AT TIMES ,

Hi, Could you tell me which engine model I have, the smaller powered diesel or the larger one. My X5 is a Diesel Sport on a 53 plate only thing I can find is M57 on an old Invoice. Cheers.

Hi thanks I thought it was something like that cause now you don't here it, that's the reason why it gets really hot, my concern was it runs for some time after turn off. thanks again for your input. regards Brickie

nearside top of engine has got webasto written on it . could it be some sort of fuel heater?

Hi, just noticed that there is something running on after i turn off my engine its a 3.0 d sport and it coming from the nearside of the engine, lasts about 1 mins. thanks
