  1. does anyone know if factory fitted parking sensors can be adjusted to be more sensitive?? also what are the biggest wheels that can be fitted to a 53 plate 318??

  3. hey everyone, ive got a 53 plate 318, 2 litre petrol. just wondered if anyone else has noticed if there engine temp gauge on the display goes up really quickly?? it seems go really quickly to half way and doesnt go up anymore?? bit worried that something is wrong as ive never had a bmw before?? some help would be nice!!

  5. hey everyone, just got my new 318, changed the headunit, getting the windows blacked out friday, but wouls like some new wheels lights?? can i fit 19inch wheels to my car?? also can u get angel eyes and smoked rear lights?? jay
  6. How does the BMW Headunit come out then? Also what is the best place to get the wiring for the steering controls to work??
  7. thnx for the advice everyone. also would i have to buy a different surround to go around the headunit?? im buying the headunit from a mate that fitted in his old m3 so will the wiring be the same?
  8. hi everyone, finally picking up my 318i 2day, so im pretty excited and looking forward to it!! but just a question, instead of buying a ipod cable, i was just going to put a jvc headunit instead, but is it possible to fit a single din headunit easier enough and will i still have use of my cd changer?? any advice would be great!! thanks

  10. hey everyone, just bought my first bmnw 318i 53 plat which i pick up sunday so quite excited about it. but i wanted to fit an ipod connector to it, so made a phone call to a local audio specialist and they said they need to use the connector from the cd changer so the changer would no longer work?? and it would cost £145 fitted. but just wondered if anyone knows where i could get a lead from and fit it my self? any help much appreciated!! jay
  11. ok thnx for the advice, really appreciate it as i dont really know much about bmw's. but i think im gona go for the 2 litre 318i petrol. im not to concerned about the mpg as dont do alot of miles but would should i be getting from the 318 2 litre petrol? thanks again
  12. to be honest i dont really drive too fast, just more kind of crusiing. i did want a 320d m sport but just read lots of reviews saying how bad the engine is with the swirl flaps, turbo faults and other bits so it put me off a bit?? i did see one i liked was a 53 plate, 72k fsh and in estoril blue which is the colour ireally want and it was up for sale at £5990 but its like 4 hours away so dont really want to drive that far as i mite not like it. but then i saw a 318 2 litre petrol with 42k, fsh black with leather interior one owner for £4990. i dont wana spend more than 6 grand. when u say it drinks the fuel, what mpg u getting?
  13. hi everyone, i am new to this site. want to get a bmw, but not sure what to get?? i wanted economical so i thought 320d? but then read they have alot of faults?? so then saw a nice 318i petrol and it looks good but not sure what to look for ie faults? anynhelp would be appreciated!! jay
