    Dude Don't know whether you sorted this out but I've just bought an 03 320i SE Coupe and all teh manuals came with it. My manual explains how to do it on p74, assuming you mean the dash display clock not the radio clock which is different. You can download the manual for your year in PDF format from here .. http://www.bmwsections.com/docs/#bm3 I reckon you need the 8th one down. 2001/320i You can also download the radio manual as well.
