better mpg so far,better acceleration, better start up.

hi hope someone can help,ive changed 5 out of 6 spark plugs with nice new iridium ones :) gone to get the last one out,it undoes so far then tightens up again so i did it back up and went to undo it again but only got a few turns in and it tightened up again,as anybody got any ideas how to get the little bugger out????? plz help ....

hi peeps,i wonder if someone can help,ive just bought my 98' e38 728i some lovely new iridium spark plugs to replace my old ones,ive been trying to undo the old ones but they seem a little tight, i just want to make sure and im also being a little thick lol but which way do you turn them to undo them?????? is it anti clock wise or is it clock wise plz help ...

fitted new stat new pump new rad nice fresh coolant and new belts,everything all workin perfect and guess what ive now got heat back through my heaters whoop whoop just in time for winter :D :D

hi peeps :) ,does anyone know off hand how many litres of coolant/antifreeze a e38 728i takes after uve changed the rad,and does it matter what colour u use ???
