snypa how much did the remap cost?

hi im new to bmws and am looking to buy one i can see that the 328 and 325 are similar in power but one is a 2.8 and the other 2.5 but which is more tuneable(or which gives more bhp per £ when modding it )? also whats the difference between the 323 and 325 both 2.5's but a 20bhp difference is this just a remap? oh yeah these are the e36 sorry if this is an old question.

also is there much difference between the manuals and autos?

hi my names phill and i live in scunthorpe im 30 and was looking for some info. i want to buy either a e36 coupe or convertible, but i dont know what engine? it needs to be able to do a standing quarter mile in under 16 seconds with the option of upgrades cheap at first but then maybe a supercharger my kids want a cab but i only have £1000 so itll probably be a high miler so any ideas ? also i cant find a 0-60 for the 325 only the 323 and 328 can someone let me know please really looking forward to getting a bmw as i have wanted one for a long time
