  1. This is probably the cheapest, roughest mod you will see on here! as ,I am on a budget of virtually zero. My Ebay 316i cost me £400 with loads of history, and it goes like a train, however it's rough bodywork wise, and I hated the contrast of colours, the wheels and the chrome. My personal opinion is black looks great with dark blue, so a £4 tin of plastic paint sorted the grill and the wing mirrors, a tin of hamerite sorted the sills out, and the 15" alloys went to be replaced by another ebay purchase of black 17" alloys wrapped in 215//45/17 I replaced the amber indicators on the side and front for approx £15 from fleabay. but I still dont like the front lenses, so they will be replaced too. When finances allow I will get it sorted properly, but at the moment its a rush cheap job! I don't expect anyone to like it, just thought I would add my car to the gallery! Oh yeah it does look high at the back, it hadn't settled from the lift, it's ok now though!!
  2. Greetings all. question as above really!! How do I remove the condensation from inside the headlights? it's in both and looks really bad. Obviously I wouldn't want it to come back either so whats the best way to alleviate it? Cheers
  3. apologies only just noticed the long message on the top!! doh!
  4. Thanks. the niggles so far are........... 1, Passenger window off the rail and needs putting back on 2, Stereo wiring awry and sets the wipers off! 3, paintwork is awful and in desperate need of a mop 4, roof lining and a pillars are filthy and need cleaning, 5, Hole in the driver seat 6, driver door card needs rehanging 7, airbag light stays on. 8, sounds like a lot of water sloshing around in the bulkhead somewhere! on the plus side!!!! Full Leather interior 6 months Tax 3 months MOT Alloys with decent tyres no rust or dents so there is something to work with and it only cost me £300. I love a challenge!!
  5. Evening all, just wanted to say hello from Worcestershire. Just taken ownership in the last week of (my very cheap!) little E36 Compact. Couple of niggly issues so will be scouring the forums for help and assistance! Look forward to participating
