    Hello all! I’ve been fighting this issue for over two weeks and finally decided to ask for help from the BMW community; maybe someone already had a similar problem. Long story short. Driver profile settings (radio volume, treble, bass, audio source, and added Bluetooth devices) are not saved in the active personal profile when you leave the car, lock it and let it sleep; the next time you return and turn the HU, all the settings are reverted to the previous save (some time ago). What I have tried: Deleted Private Data Exported and imported the driver profile to/from USB; it’s working until next sleep/start Flashed the HU, FEM and KOMBO to the latest I-level Coded HU with the default setting Replaced the HU-B with the same unit but from F45 Replaced the car battery Replaced the key battery I have only one car key, and I am unable to check with the other key No errors within ISTA+ My car is F22 m240i, 2018 with HU-B – ID6 What else can be checked? Please advise!
