Good News @Greydog ! After doing alot of wire and connector testing, I swapped the JBE Module with a known good one from an LCI Right Hand E90 that I know allowed me to scan the system, and voila! I was able to scan using my Carly scanner. I even coded out the signal hyper flash due to the LCI LED tail lights & Headlights.
While I was in there I noticed that someone else had been in there prior to and messed with the JBE module because the hard to get screw holding it in was missing already. What I think happened is someone in the past replaced the JBE with either a faulty one or one from a left hand E90. Reason I say that is because the JBE Module out of the LCI Right Hand had the blue connector first followed by the black connector, whereas the JBE module that was already inside my Pre-LCI Right Hand had a black connector first followed by a blue connector.
