    Might be a but late now but I've found if you want to roll inches with brake control (I reverse park on hills everyday) don't press the brake all the way down. There's a 'biting' point where the hill assist kicks in and takes over (stopping your beautiful snail like progress). Alternatively I have heard engaging the handbrake deactivates itbut then no snail rolling can happen at all 🤷‍♀️
