    M3 E30 Lost Keys

    SimonW posted a topic in BMW 3 Series Forum
    I am in the process of buying a 1991 E30 from a good friend of mine but alas he has not been able to find the keys. I understand I can get a replacement set from BMW with the vin number ( assuming the lock set has not been changed before. Can anyone confirm this and if I can do this via another party other than a dealer ? Did the car come with an immobiliser/remote control ? Thanks Simon
