  1. Hi mate cheers for the advice I'll give it a wee look.
  2. Hi guys. First just wanted to introduce myself as a first time BMW owner and car but lol. But in desperate need of help. I have a 10 plate 1 series m sport coupe 2.0 automatic and have diagnosed a timing chain issue, the chain is still complete but sounds like it's rattling bought a full timing chain kit but can't find the right manual to use as a cheat sheet. I'm not a novice as to working on cars but the beemer has thrown me a bit as never dealt with a chain system. . Can anyone help me with this. Step by step, dos and don'ts etc. On idle the car is running about 1000rpm so know that my timing is now out, no misfire, still got plenty of oil, I also have all parts that I'm aware of, chain kit, rocker gasket, sump gasket. If I'm missing anything please say. So if you can help thanks in advance
