    BMW E21 320 1982 not ticking over

    My BMW E21 320 1982 is not used a lot. It runs but won't tick over unless I keep it revving. Have completely rebuilt the carburettor and a new automatic choke unit has been fitted but it still needs to be continually revved. If you take your foot off the accelerator the car just dies. Any suggestions?
