    Airbag warning light remaining on.

    BMW 3 series 318i posted a topic in BMW 3 Series Forum
    Hi, I was wondering if someone on the forum could offer me some advise. The airbag light on my BMW 3 series 318i (2006) airbag warning light stays on. The mechanic told me that he changed an electrical item which he said was under one of the front seats but it turned out that the part he bought was for a four door BMW and hence the light cannot be turned off? he also told me that he had to take out the console to get to the part. Does anyone know which part he would have replaced as I cannot get in contact with him? Many thanks Paul.
