    Sticking parcel shelf

    I have a 2015 F11 with the powered tailgate and I'm having a nightmare with the retracting parcel shelf cover. When I open the boot the cover retracts up as intended. However about 25% of the time, when I close the boot, the parcel shelf starts to descend on the rails but travels about an inch down then stops and goes back up to the top, even though the boot is now closed. Once this has happened, I have to open/close the boot again sometimes up to 5/6 times until the parcel shelf eventually goes fully back down. The car went back to the dealer for a warranty replacement of the rail assembly and it seemed to sort it for a few weeks, however it has now started to stick again.
