    Engine light loud noise

    Thanks for replying yes the light is amber and the loud noise is when i put my foot down on the accelerator its sounds realy rough which is why i leave the car to settle. The cars perfect at other times but when i do have this problem it can last for a few days and then not happen agian for ages

    I have the engine light keep coming on. after driving for about 30mins it starts to make a loud noise if i carry on drivin the car starts to lose power. I usaly have to leave the car to settle for a few hours to be able to drive agian. This can last a few days and then it wont happen for a month or so then it will happen agian. Anyone had the same problem or could advise on anythin. Thanks
