Hi. I'm new to the forum... can anyone help with the below, (not the clearest of explanations i know!) Any ideas on how to re-attach the bonnet release handle in the foot well for a BMW E82? I removed and part of the trim and It doesn't seem to fit back on the mechanism where the cable runs from. I can re-attach it, but when using the handle it the returns to original position and then slips off a bit. All help appreciated...
