Hi there, Is there any difference in the cylinder heads on the m47 (138bhp) and the m47n (150bhp) engines? Thanks

to be the swirl flap on the 4th cylinder, getting the rocker cover off tomorrow to see if there's any damage visible from there. Then it'll be head off to see the full extent of the damage

Hi there, I've just bought a '52' 320d for £375 but it has a couple of problems The main one being a possible injector problem on the 4th cylinder, when running it doesn't make a running difference when the 4th injector is unplugged. I'm either thinking its the injector or there's a lack of compression coming from somewhere, maybe the piston ring. But for the price i thought it was worth a go at trying to solve the problem.
