Hi,I've had my 2003 Mini One since May,made up with it.had it serviced when I bought it,and of course the garage had it up on a four poster ramp to do the engine oil/filter change + MOT. Now my little problem is How do I get it up onto axle stands (I'm only able to work on my cars outside the house in the street) If I jack up by the jacking point how do I get the axle stand onto that jacking point?? Is it OK to jack the car up at some other strong positions so I can just slide the axle stands under J/points?? I've been on YouTube and found nothing and "HAYNES" is worthless. Surely you guys out there have some good tips. I want to get it up to change the tranny fluid...(I don't believe there's such a thing as "LIFETIME TRANNY FLUID".
