    Hi, I have just purchased a lovely 56 plate e60 m5. If I put it in Drive mode the display on the dash will only display D1 or D2. Now I assumed that I would see D3 D4 and D5, I can move the selector up but it doesn't say anything other than D1 or 2. What's wrong with it?
