Hi all Does anyone know of a workshop that can be rented in Surrey or near? I need to replace my slam panel on my 330d, after a bit of a crash. But I live in flats and im not sure theyd be pleased if I did the repair here. I found a workshop to rent in South end - but I wondered if there was any such facility nearer to me like Guildford/Leatherhead - I can only drive the car short a short distance. I think I have most of the tools I need, I more interested in a place to do it. Any ideas, anyone? Thanks !

Hi Mike Thanks for this! I removed the earth on the battery for about an hour. It solved the CD problem, at least I can play CDs now. Still no AUX input though, not too urgent though, at least I have CDs again now ! New question- Will later head units work with my 6 CD changer?

Thanks Mike ! The CD changer stopped working before I touched anything :-) Will disconnecting the battery upset anything else, like the alarm / keyfob etc? will all work when I reconnect again? Thanks !

Hi all Is there anyone around the Surrey are who fancies (paid) a look at my bmw business audio system - (2001 330d Estate) Immediate problems - * 6 cd Changer was working but recently says "no discs" * Bought Aux input kit, connected it, but AUX doesnt show as an input in options. then.. * Want to connect a sub, I have one and amp. * Upgrade the system * Possibly replace head unit with a later one. Can anyone help? Thanks !
