I have checked out everything mechanical and all fuses. It looks to be an issue with the audio system, everything is working except the radio and blue tooth. I see there are a number of videos on You Tube to show how to remove the Audio system but no detail of if this is common fault and can it be repaired or replaced

Hi Guys I am new to the forum, my wife has a Mini One Pepper Pack in Pepper White, its a 2009 model and has up until now been a fantastic car with no issues. I was driving the car earlier today and everything was good, i was listening to the radio and with ought warning it switched of and in the channel bar cam the text Hi Temp. No radio, no blue tooth. All the lights etc are working it just appears to be the centre speedo cluster. I phoned the garage and they can't look at it until the new year, they suggested disconnecting the battery and reconnecting to see if this resets things, I did that but no change. Any ideas?
