Replacing Front Bumper Fog Light Grill

Hi Need to replace one of the front bumper fog light surrounds on my 2018 BMW 1 Series Sport model. Looks like a stone has punched a hole through it. Any ideas in terms of removing the old one [gloss black] and refitting the new? Thanks Bromley
