Not really mate, a spoiler will help at high speeds, but will not make a difference on pulling out of a junction in any way.

A spoiler is designed to reduce drag or increase down force.

For it to be beneficial you will have to be doing high speeds

if i put a boot spoiler on it will it stop my bm spinning out when going round a bend a bit to fast or pulling out of a junction

Your right foot is too heavy. Keep it on the track eh? There's Children around junctions whereas there are tire walls around a track.

lol im not used to a back wheel drive this is my first one so most probs need to get used to the car

thanks for the reply

You will prob find front wheel drive car will spin a lot easier than a rear wheel drive.

You don't gotta put foot to the floor every time you release the clutch.

As Daz said, chill out or your gonna kill someone

its an auto could and could it be that my abs light is stuck on since that is stuck on this has been happening

If you have no traction control and all that power under your foot, you will spin if you are to "Keen"

All technical things aside, you have answered your own question and I quote

"when going round a bend a bit to fast"

Yeah, traction control isn't in operation... Even saying that it wouldn't be so frisky if you didn't hammer the accelerator  :o

You do it on purpose its going to happen.

F1 cars can pull off without spinning in circles, im pretty sure a 328 can
