Red Symbols.

Hi Guys Hopefully you can help me on my daughter Mini 1 1.4 we have two symbols lite up and I cannot find what they mean can you help me I will try to show them as follows :-

I probably shouldn't answer this at all as I have never had a Mini in any form at all, but is that two red symbols as in OO and NN, or two identical symbols, vertical ON, possibly indicating two controls like maybe traction control and ABS are switched ON?

Hope this doesn't come across too badly or patronising, Its not, just no-one else answered so I'm just trying to help a little.
